STAMCO’s CNC Department has the right mix of equipment and experience to get all your jobs done with quality and on time.

Our CNC Milling machines are a mix of HAAS and Mazak from the smallest envelope of 30 X 16 X 20 up to 62 X 29 X 32 with most being rotary capable for 4 Axis work on our different sized rotary indexers. Completing the department is a Mazak 5-Axis Simultaneous Mill/Turn machine.

Our CNC Lathe section offers a mix of Mazak and Fanuc machines. We have a bar feeder lathe with bar capacity up to 3 inch, large bore chucks with tube capacity up to 6 inch diameter and chuck capacity up to 22 inch diameter and also several live tooling machines combining both C and Y axes. All departments have access to engraving machines to mark and identify all your parts.

Our CNC production team works with a wide variety of materials from Aluminum, Steel, Stainless Steel, Copper, Graphite and Plastic with batch sizes ranging from one off’s to high production. Projects include specialty tooling and all types of molds specialized to the Oil and Gas and Plumbing and Construction sectors.

At every project turnaround we archive all job setup sheets, QC procedures as well as saving all jaws, fixtures and special tooling required. This back-up coordination allows STAMCO to quickly set up your project in the future to guarantee the same quality from one batch of parts to the next.
