Our STAMCO Water-Jet Department has a flow waterjet that has two tables each having a 6 x 12 foot cutting area to load material on one table while the head is cutting on the other for impressive project speed turnaround.

Our standard operating pressure of 85,000 PSI allows STAMCO to effectively cut parts up to 5” thick with further capacity for 8” thick material if required. STAMCO is proud of our capabilities of holding +- .005” tolerances with an edge quality comparable to machining quality finish which enhances our parts to not require further machining.

Simply, STAMCO can cut the toughest of materials with ease without causing any heat affected zones. Some of the materials we have cut include Duplex, Inconel, Titanium, Steel both carbon and stainless of all types, Aluminum, Brass, Plastic, Glass and Granite.
